What you are talking about is with Food Grade (35%) hydrogen peroxide.

You cannot dilute with tap water too. You have to use distilled water.

3% will only sting in the beginning. I have been doing the 3% for years, 3 times a day (you do 3 pump hits while you inhale, and you repeat this 3 times, this is one procedure and you do this procedure 3 times a day)

Hydrogen Peroxide is a PRO-OXIDANT.

Ingesting it into your body will kill your gut and intestinal microbiome. Making you more susceptible to infection.

Only use peroxide externally.

I’ve done this by pouring in my ears and by gargling. The gargle burned my throat. I could only stand 5 seconds. But it got rid of my sore throat by morning. I was stunned by how fast it worked.

I don't believe it is food grade. I "think" it has stabilizers added to it.
After saying that, I'm out of 30% H2O2(to make my own 1.5) and will use the regular 3% walmart H2O2, dilute it 50% to make 1 1/2% H2O2 and put it in the aforementioned inhaler. 3 or 4 sprays INTO THE THROAT(NOT into your NOSE) several times a day.

If you spray 1.5% into your nose, it will give you a very unpleasant burning sensation in your sinuses(ask me how I know).
I also use 1.5% as a mouth wash and gargle with it. As long as it foams, I consider it good. Do NOT swallow, spit it out.

I would use 3% to pour on wounds or over vegetables to sanitize them. Also used as a bleach in washing white clothes. or spray on shower stall walls for mold or mildue.

You might use 30% as a part of reclaiming gold from computers. It's about $60 a gallon unless someone knows a cheaper place.

I had to give my Lab 50 ML because she ingested a large amount of gum containing Xylitol a few days ago.
