Then almost the very next sentence it says: "The CDC says the virus appears to have a two-week incubation period".

Just screening them for symptoms is not enough!

“The genetics can tell us the true timing of the first cases” and whether they occurred earlier than officials realized, said molecular biologist Kristian Andersen of Scripps Research, an expert on viral genomes. “It can also tell us how the outbreak started — from a single event of a virus jumping from an infected animal to a person or from a lot of animals being infected. And the genetics can tell us what’s sustaining the outbreak — new introductions from animals or human-to-human transmission.”

　　At 02:00 on January 26, 30 provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities) reported 769 new confirmed cases, 137 severe cases, 24 new deaths (24 cases in Hubei Province), and newly cured discharged cases. 2 cases, 3806 suspected cases were newly added.
　　As of 24:00 on January 26, the National Health and Health Commission had received a total of 2,744 confirmed cases in 30 provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities), 461 cases of severe cases, 80 cases of deaths, and 51 cases of hospitalization. There are 5794 suspected cases.
　　At present, 32,799 close contacts have been traced, 583 people were released from medical observation on the same day, and 30,453 people are currently receiving medical observation.
　　A total of confirmed cases were reported from Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan: 8 cases from Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, 5 cases from Macao Special Administrative Region, and 4 cases from Taiwan.
　　In addition, accumulative confirmed cases were reported from abroad: 7 in Thailand, 3 in Japan, 3 in South Korea, 3 in the United States, 2 in Vietnam, 4 in Singapore, 3 in Malaysia, 1 in Nepal, 3 in France, and 4 in Australia.

SARS came and went without causing too much fuss in the West.
If Wuhan is less deadly than SARS, but somehow more likely to spread into places such as the US, does the Wuhan virus end up being a wash?

Total number of SARS deaths was 774. 8098 cases total. From the 2002 - 2003 outbreak.


Compare that to the CURRENT state of influenza in the US:

The numbers. Flu has a mortality rate of about 2 deaths per 100,000 people infected.

nCoV has a death rate of approximately 3 deaths per 100 people infected.

Math is the big deal.

I'll make the comparison easier:

Flu 2 in 100,000 will die
CoV 3000 in 100,000 will die

See?

After knowing a bit more about Wuhan and Coronaviruses, still not totally sure where to draw the line.

What makes Wuhan worse than SARS?

What specific biological factors cause a Spanish flu of 1918 to be worse than other viruses before and after that year?

Is China's culture of a lack of hygiene, such as where soap isn't common in public restrooms and elsewhere (including in even hospitals), make places like Wuhan, Beijing and Shanghai giant, open-air petri dishes?

Goodness, the doom that's being spread over this acts like it's in the 10's of thousands.

That's 80 deaths from the virus being active for 2 months now...

They give a low mortality but more die than recover and that is not good.

In China no less.

I'm suspecting they're just killing people and timing a release. Who knows what they're doing and if its legit. Its china! Evil incorporated draco leaders who work with deep state, soros and the rothschilds.

Just take due care and caution and stock up on anything that stops that severe immune system reaction from C, to garlic/oil of oregano, green tea, food grade hydrogen peroxide.

My friend and I were discussing this and she takes the hydrogen peroxide, a few drops in her juice already so she just took notes on what others had said in threads and posts from here.
