Do not smoke Government weed

It would be insane to buy government weed in my opinion, its why I didn't care about it being legalized, it should have just been decriminalized. The Government has had a decades long love affair with tobacco companies knowingly and willingly putting carcinogens and other ingredients to make cigarettes' more addicting! And there practices killed my mother and father and other siblings as well. All died of cancer, from smoking FDA approved cigarettes.
Im 60 and have been smoking marijuana for 40 years now, with zero side effects. My cardio is as good as ever, because for thirty of those forty years I ran five miles a day religiously. I can still walk on my hands, run five miles, work out, eat right and will easily be working for my own construction company for another 10 years. And I climb ladders for a living.
Call me crazy but quite frankly I can grow just about anything on my own, in my own yard with no help and its all healthy. I also use the oils, and they are life saving, and naturally pain relieving and healing.
But my grand mother who lived to be 90 smoked cigars, and even a pipe and drank whisky, but wouldn't touch a cigarette.
I just would like to be left alone! How many more aspects of my life does the government need to invade? FFS!

yeah. did no fertilizer on this years crop. the taste is weak and its probably an 8% but its clean. I have asthma left over salts in the bud will fuck me up quick.

when he says gov he means gov checked. But as far as fertilizer if you dont clear it out enough its harsh. mites and thier webs and eggs will make your weed smell and taste like burnt hair. and cureing is alowing the c02 to come out of it. and that improves taste.

I would never buy government weed. Well I did once and it was .2 under and there was a big stalk in it. I buy master kush only and it’s grown by a master lol

Gov weed. No such thing, it's state sanctioned and inspected.

Medical marijuna. It's the exact same weed. There is no difference in how it's grown. The older Med weed goes strait to the rec shelves once it's old or on sale. All that matters is "strains" and freshness, organics being preferable.

Strains. Won't get into this huge political argument. There are three strains, then there are flavors. Adding a flavor enhancer to the soil is not a new "strain" OK? I won't go further.

"Flushed to get ride of chemicals" OMG. I won't even go there. Pot is not "flushed".

Some of the crap now being taught in the "new gen z marijuna world" is such bs.

'Cure". This varies widely on many factors including location and atmosphere. In Colorado on the right or wrong day, your plant will just be dry within hours. In other places, it could take four days. Most of it is academic, you can smoke it right off the vine. It's not wine, it doesn't need to be "processed" in anyway.

If you use grow food your weed needs to be flushed to clean the chemicals from your plant

I used to flush by just feeding the plant water for the last 2 weeks before harvest

Chances are rather good you are smoking the same weed since a majority of black market weed is coming from the same source. The government grows weed in one place, a Mississippi university. The weed you think is grown by the government is grown by independent mom and pops. If you think that non governmental weed growers like Mexico give a damn about washing out chemicals, then you are nuts. In fact, I don’t even know how they would do that anyway or why. The profitability of weed is low and they do not waste time to remove chemicals which they may or may not use, then again you are nuts

Don’t know why many big op’s in it for maximum profit would bother wasting a week or two flushing before harvest... most just taper down nutrient strength according to plant requirements in final stages of development.

Mostly only people growing for themselves who want the best taste possible will bother doing any flushing.

The larger the crop, the harder to control pests, white powdery mildew, bud rot, etc....Small home grown use neem or natural (milk, etc), where larger industrial crops will use all anything to not lose the crop if infestation develops. Home grown by trusted farmer only.

I’m going to disagree with that. As long as we’ve been human we’ve been cooking over fire and breathing smoke. Tobacco smoke has some clear medicinal benefits not found in nicotine replacement products. It is the smoke form that is an effective antihistamine. As long as we’ve been human we’ve been inhaling a variety of agents in smoke. Only recently have we been so sickly and obese. Maybe the next edition of Nourishing Traditions will have a chapter on traditional incense and smoke mixtures.

Since Marijuana was legalized in Canada the quality has gone down hill.
