Why isn't Trump ending chemtrails ?

The government has been using planes to cloud seed since 1946.

In 1975,the Navy patented a device for producing a powder contrail having maximum radiation scattering ability to generate contrails that would act as reflective screens.

In 1994,the Hughes aerospace company was issued the Welsbach Patent, which proposed countering global warming by dispensing microscopic powder like particles of aluminum oxide and other reflective materials that would produce a white plume in the sky to reflect some of the incoming sunlight. The patent suggested that tiny metal flakes could be added to the fuel, so that particles would be emitted from the jet engine exhaust while at cruising altitude.

Oct.2, 2001 the Space Preservation Act of 2001 (HR 2977) called for the elimination of exotic weaponry from space. Among weapons to be banned were weather modifying weapons such as HAARP and chemtrails. The bill was later amended to remove the section that would of banned chemtrails. The original bill acknowledging the existence of chemtrail technology remains in the pages of the congressional record. So, in other words the government officially admitted to the existence of chemtrails.


Anybody who seriously had any knowledge of science would be keeping up with technology and already know all this. And yes, I'm addressing that annoying troll who keeps chemtard bashing people. What I've stated above barely touches the surface of what they are experimenting with. But I've listed these few facts to prove that there are other things being spewed from planes, besides the harmless contrails that a few select idiots would like everyone to believe is the only thing coming out of planes.

November 13, 2001 - Method of modifying weather - A method for artificially modifying the weather by seeding rain clouds of a storm with suitable cross-linked aqueous polymer. The polymer is dispersed into the cloud and the wind of the storm agitates the mixture causing the polymer to absorb the rain. This reaction forms a gelatinous substance which precipitate to the surface below. Thus, diminishing the clouds ability to rain.
