I started Hospice at home, prayers and emotional support appreciated. UPDATE: Our Beloved Monkey Flower Has Passed - 7 April 2020 - ljs

I just heard it myself from her oldest son Bill. So so sad. We lost such a beautiful soul, so full of sunshine and will to live.

Heartbreaking, but we at least know that she has now reunited with her dad, her grandmother and her loved ones, in the knowledge that she will never be forgotten.

She is forever in the hearts of her husband, her kids, her family, her friends and all of us here who have gotten to love that beautiful person that she was.

We will honor Gayle here and thank her for her friendship, her love and her beautiful sense of humor and uplifting spirit, always.

You are so loved. Rest in peace beautiful Flower. I will miss you dearly.

Monkey wanted me to make sure that everyone understood that hospice was an absolute blessing for her and her family…..

Could you please post to my hospice thread exactly what hospice is and why not everyone in hospice dies in a couple of weeks of less please?

I am using the hospice thread for support, yes. But I am also using it to try to teach people what hospice is. I don't want people to fear hospice, not do I want them to misunderstand hospice. I really believe you can educate some people please.

Thank you, and please remember I won't be mad if you don't. Hospice workers in my eyes are unsung heroes. My husband and I experienced hospice with all 4 of our parents, my husband's grandmother and a very dear friend. You truly are angels on earth.
