How the fuck is it even a question within the GOP whether to dismiss this given ALL OF THE FACTS?
So Democrats just get to run rough-shod over the entire country and then the GOP plays into their hands anyway.

Since one side denied the other fundamental rights to do that it should be dismissed. Why should the Senate be forced to do the Houses job fairly? What about the second impeachment? More witnesses in the Senate? Why is the House allowed to present incomplete investigations? That was their responsibility. Not the senates.. All this is is a time sink for the Senate. No judge will get appointed this year.
