Thanks for posting He is just multiplying by 1.5. It's based on nothing, no actual formula used. I do statistics for many things and this is just highly improbable, if not impossible, to get that high so fast. IF we reach half a million, it wont be before may. Don't be so sure. AND numbers released by China government.. its prob much higher. They say that incubation period is 2-14 days, lets say it's 10. Add to that time when symptoms start to show, become serious, critical and eventual death to be one week. That is around 17 days from infection to death. People who are dying now have become infected between two and three weeks ago. Do you understand why they are all Chinese still? They didn't become infected yesterday. First cases outside of China started a week ago. I really really hope that such huge fatality rate is due to poor state of hospitals in Wuhan. since china is blocked to flee from there... who knows how many tourists might got them selfs infected and burned, till now, in china... |
