Reading the Next Door site and someone suggested using the Federal American With Disabilities Act to get an exemption for those who have medical conditions and do not want the shots.

Vaccines required for employment!

I don't know the view of vaccines from the people in this forum and I am not seeking to learn. My sole objective is to provide information to someone who is afraid to get the vaccine due to a medical condition, yet does not want to lose their job either.

Thank GOD for ADA, the American with Disabilities ACT. If you have a medical condition, i.e.. severe allergies and the potential risk of the vaccine outweighs the benefit of the vaccine for you, confirm that medical situation with a written letter from your doctor. Submit that letter to HR claiming protection under federal law written in the American with Disabilities Act as a reasonable accommodation. NO ONE should live in fear or be forced to subject themselves to a vaccine that NO ONE could say with any amount of certainty that the vaccine would be safe for you with your personal documented medical circumstances.

***NOTE: Make it clear that you are claiming protection under federal law, the American with Disabilities Act as a reasonable accommodation. Then be prepared to test frequently and wear a mask at all times.

In other clown-world news - apparently there are growing numbers of La Palma residents who have caught on to the trap they have fallen into by following the $ eyed hospitality industry/gov, swampland/bridge/time-share/lava flow suburb salesmen, and poser smooth talking matador groomed trail guides, as they high tail it up past the road next to the volcano camera shack looking for someplace out of harms way. Or something.

There is now so much traffic picked up on the feeds that it is hard to pick out the actual volcano sounds from the cacophony of tires rolling over spewed debris, household appliances clunking around and bending in truck beds, etc., over the bumpy road up yonder.

Only thing building back better is the volcano, imo.

This is outright murder!
