What they say takes an entire agency to accomplish can be done at the local level with 2 people. Just end it. There will be a hurting time to adjust. A lot of federal workers will be job searching. His plan if you really understand is to keep the Federal reserve king of the hill to bring in global central banking for Rothchild who bailed him out.
