The cyclist is Nick Dlamani, one of the best young riders in the world. He rides for world tour team NTT at the highest level of pro cycling. He was scheduled to ride the Tour de France and Olympics this year, but who knows how this injury will affect his season. He probably weighs about 130lbs and was no threat at all to the rangers.
