QUESTION OF THE DAY: SELF-REFLECTION IS ESSENTIAL FOR SURVIVAL

Dear Readers: I am editing this to say that PERSONAL WORK ON ONESELF IS ESSENTIAL IN THESE END TIMES. This is why I started the thread. It is offering you a CHANCE TO SURVIVE. Also, MENTAL HEALTH = PHYSICAL HEALTH. Those who have a very high level of spirituality CAN COUNTERACT ILLNESS BETTER, or it does not arise.

The "end times" involve a sorting out of those who are able to self-reflect and to learn, and those who cannot. Earth is on the brink of tossing off those who cannot learn, for their vibration cannot keep up with or match her increasing vibration.

This process is also being accelerated by incoming cosmic energies, see [link to spaceweathernopecom (secure)] (GLP refuses to let me post this article from spaceweatherarchives) which force all hidden, suppressed issues to the surface, whether political, global, social or personal. this crisis period is also a CHANCE to improve, and to choose a way of living which is in alignment with cosmic law.

Many people are now in quarantine and have the TIME to reflect. This thread is for you.



Dear Readers of GLP. We live in very intransparent, confusing and complex times. Sometimes we are so "bogged down" in our own routines, structures and behaviors that it seems impossible to step away and see it all from "outside the box". Many things are completely "up-side-down". What we think is true, is actually not. What we believe to be false, is often true. And with hindsight, the conclusion is that we know so much more than we did before. It is less a division of experiences into true and false, and more a widening of perspectives.

How can we dig deeper, knowing that this sort of digging really is necessary, both on a personal level so that we can eradicate the roots of aggression and misunderstanding, and on a political/national level, which is what many researchers on GLP are actually doing in their work here.

Questions are a great way of promoting discussion, inspiring creativity, encouraging self-reflection and growing our minds. I will place a new question here every day (as far as possible). I look forward to your answers.

The first question is:


Given that it is possible to view any situation from a different perspective, who have you ‘wrongly’ accused? Have you ‘wrongly‘ accused yourself? What is not yet clear?

Self-Reflection is Not necessary for survival. There are millions of NPC people that have never given two seconds thought to important questions, and never will.

This is important. Many people are under lockdown at the moment and are far removed from their normal lives and routines and contacts. This situation will intensify when distractions are illuminated through lack of internet. It will encourage people to go into much needed stillness, during which we will discover our own needs. Many people have been neglecting their physical and - even more important - their spiritual health. Time to address all that.

The problem with feelings of anger is that they often build up because they have not been expressed at the right time. For example, if someone has been abusing you or insulting you for some time, and if you have said nothing and have just bourne it out, there is unexpressed anger inside you. This means that if someone else comes along, who you do not know well, and makes a flippant remark which you perceive as similar abuse, you may explode with anger. But this anger is misdirected. You are firing at the wrong person. Anyone can come along and "trigger" you. And this can get you into fights or - if you are a nation - INTO WARS.

As to methods: sit opposite a person you can trust. They will play the role of the person you are angry at. Tell them why you are angry (the other person does not have to respond, but can if they want). Make sure that there is mattress or cushions or something similar as a barrier between you. When you feel yourself getting angry, scream and hit the mattress. This might go on for some time. Get is all out. The person opposite you may say things from time to time to help you get it out. At some part in this process it will become clear to you that you also carry some responsibility for what has happened. For example, acting as a victim and not stating your feelings earlier. When this sort of recognition comes, you will no longer feel the need to scream. You will probably cry. Then you can reconcile yourself with the person sitting opposite you.

That is "relieving the symptoms". Getting rid of the cause is done by BECOMING INCREASINGLY AWARE OF WHEN YOU DO NOT EXPRESS YOUR FEELINGS IMMEDIATELY.

I do not know if this "fits" your situation, AC. It is a description of what I have seen and also personally experienced in a great many group therapy scenarios. If you are by yourself, it is also possible to go to an isolated spot and just scream. Which leads me to another great question:

WHEN DID YOU LAST SCREAM?

Another method could be tracking yourself. writing the sentence I AM CALM ten times in the morning and 10 times at night. Follow this with any thoughts which immediately arise. Write without thinking. The result might be as follows:

I AM CALM at the moment, but I was very edgy when I visited my friend yesterday.
I AM CALM well yes, most people think I am
I AM CALM I am wondering how much of the time I am really pent up
I AM CALM today at 11.00 I was proud of myself for speaking up.

If this is kept up for a while, you will gradually see a change in your answers to I AM CALM, because your awareness has been heightened.

Hi OP. This has been very useful to me :) When I started to do this I would write down whatever had angered me the day before but after a week or so of this there was nothing to report! Interestingly I also write it slower these days. Great work OP thank you!

This is a very important one: at the moment we are mostly followers, with a few "leaders". This must be reversed.

How would the world change if everyone chose positive roles in the knowledge that they are role models for others? In what way can you become a ‘leader’?

This is an essential question to consider in our current global situation. Irrespective of which country you live in, and irrespective of your occupation or line of work, you will be noticing that the "stoppage" has a very positive effect of REVEALING THE INSANITY, THE ABSURD, AND THE SUPERFLUOUS.

Thus we now see the world very differently from the way we saw it before. Seeing all this "come out of the woodwork", we must ask ourselves how it came to be there in the first place, and how we contributed for so long to this dreadful state of affairs. Deep reflection will bring us to discovering the NEW PRINCIPLES which should determine our next steps. So, WHICH WOLRD DO YOU CHOOSE TO CREATE???

Here's another very important question:

What unpleasant ‘rumours’ with catastrophic potential do you (individually, or as part of humanity as a collective) choose to ignore rather than investigate?

I fight that sort of urge all the time but I've made the 'speaking out' mistake before. Where I live they will crush you like a grape if you step foot out of the herd. They are conformists and you must be too ... or else you'll get the 'pile on'.

How about you OP do you speak out?

Thank you for your answer dear AC: I understand, as you describe, that "speaking out" is not always appropriate - or rather that it will cause complete isolation as an "outcast", and that is something which we do not want, not only because it is distressing to ourselves, but because it prevents us placing a "seed of truth" here or there.

As for me, I grew up in harmonious surroundings where arguments were practically unheard of. I have had to practice speaking out over the years. At the moment, I try and assess the situation I am in, and see how much can be said, or what topics can be approached, but I am getting less and less "diplomatic" and more and more to to point where I am stating my case and agreeing to differ. Some friends, unfortunately, have been left on the way. But as one chooses a new path, more companions appear on it.
