She was probably never warned. Suburban parents live there because they want to insulate their kids from this kind of stuff. Leftist parents, not wanting to come across as racist, even to their own kids, certainly are not warning them, so these kids have to learn the hard way, and they're either going to survive their first encounter and wise up, or they're going to die.

This girl probably grew up with a steady stream of everybody-is-the-same-don't-be-racist from her parents, teachers, and friends. After a while, it sinks in. Then, you go and do something stupid like be an 18-year-old girl walking alone in the park after dark in a bad neighborhood.

Very true. My parents live in a part of town that, for decades, was perfectly safe, and is nowhere near the ghetto. Then, Birmingham annexed a shopping center to get some tax revenue and started running their bus route out there, and now, women can't go to the shopping center without a male escort or they get robbed.

If it's guaranteed a single person will be attacked at these places, why in the hell aren't you down there offering yourself up as "helpless", to bait them into attacking? It would seem to me at that point it would be self defense, even for your well hidden friends that spring into action once the idiot criminals decide to attack. It would be almost fun, and overall pretty legal.

I know of some gentlemen that became very tired of thieves stealing motorcycles around northern Virginia, so they would leave a shiny new just waxed expensive Sportbike out parked in a "safe area" on private property or even a commercial parking lot, they all stayed relatively close by hidden in a van. There were usually 3 or 4 of them, they would just wait and more times than not some idiot would come along and attempt to steal the motorcycle. I'm sure everyone can imagine the results, but I doubt many of you can still hear the echos of so many broken bones snapping and the horrible cries of agony that accompany a lesson well learned. It's hard to believe it but there was one bike thief that had to be taught that same lesson twice.

Yes. It is becoming epidemic with that particular demographic. A 13 year old boy(another one of Obama's sons)just recently repeatedly stabbed his grandmother over and over again until she was a bloody mess because he was angry with her.

I wouldn't be surprised to find she got killed at the building steps where they found her body. Probably the security guard wasn't doing their job or the college wants to lie so their campus doesn't seem dangerous. And that 13 year old kid may be getting paid off to take the rap - he'll get charged as a juvenile with a slap on the wrist & let out before he's 18. Probably 5 year sentence & paroled in 3. NYC is governed by racial politics - whitewash race crimes & tolerate violence against the wicked whites. I also bet more was done to that poor girl than just being robbed & stabbed.
