Congress is not LE and should have the power to do this. If a crime is suspected, NAME IT and the EVIDENCE and let prosecutors prepare their cases of probable cause for search warrants. Just read her decision. It's a one week hold on the lower court ruling, until December 13th, putting it on hold pending full consideration by the supreme court. This is just a one week temporary hold so that the Supreme Court can review and decide whether or not to take up the case. This always happens when a case is appealed to the SC. If they decide not to take up the case, the lower court decision stands and Trump will be required to turn over his financials on December 14th. "Ruth Bader Ginsburg Halts Democrats’ Attempts To Get Trump Financial Records" is fake news. Far from it, this is only a one week hold, which is even shorter than usual. It is possible that she believed the media's garbage propaganda about Trump, but now, while on death's door and very likely the President checking on her, she can now see the absolute evil that is being perpetrated.
