George Zimmerman sues Trayvon Martin's parents and others for $100 million (CNN)George Zimmerman was acquitted in the fatal 2012 shooting of Trayvon Martin, but according to a lawsuit filed Wednesday in Florida, he believes there was a conspiracy to frame him and wants $100 million in damages. Attorney Larry Klayman announced the lawsuit in tandem with a Coral Gables screening of a documentary titled "The Trayvon Martin Hoax," which has since been canceled. Zimmerman was scheduled to appear alongside Klayman at a Thursday news conference, but hours later, Klayman said the news conference was canceled, too. The chief allegation in the lawsuit is that civil rights attorney Ben Crump helped to swap out a reluctant witness, Brittany Diamond Eugene, for her half-sister, Rachel Jeantel, and helped prepare her to deliver a script intended to land Zimmerman in prison for the 17-year-old's killing on February 26, 2012. Crump began representing Trayvon's parents starting February 28, 2012, the lawsuit says. George Zimmerman sues Trayvon Martin's parents and others for $100 million I remember how this was all described very early on by an eyewitness on a 911 tape saying it was "like an MMA fight, one guy on top of the other...". The big evidence or lack thereof was the lack of Zimbo's DNA on Martin's hands/fists. So my question is what about the fight made the witness think of it as an MMA fight? My theory based on that description as well as the injuries to the back of Zimbo's head, I must deduce that Martin was indeed on top of Zimbo and smashing him over and over with MMA style elbow strikes.
Is Zimbo's DNA embedded in Martin's hoodie, I'm just guessing here but probably in the forarm and elbow regions of hoodie in question? Where is hoodie in question, still on a shelf in the edvidence room? Zimbo's lawyer might want to look into that, as well as if the DA did run a test on the hoodie and is hiding evidence that Zimbo's DNA is deeply embedded in it, as would seem obvious after hearing an eyewitness say "MMA type of fight". |

If Benjamin Crump did this he should be disbarred. He was sued for this same type of thing and lost. A black student died in Valdosta Ga. and Crump took the case. He accused an innocent white student and this is the unforgivable part, he contacted the university where that student had a football scholarship and asked them to pull his scholarship. They did and that student sued Crump. He lost as the student was on a school bus heading away from the school at the time. There is no telling how many times Crump has done this. |
