He has not even been mentioned, at least yet. This is spilling the beans on the Bush and Obama presidencies regarding post 9/11.

I am a bit blown away.

They are pretty much admitting Cheney ran things, and Bush Jr. was clueless. Said he was appalled when he learned of the torture.

Not saying I agree or disagree with this, and I KNOW I am going to have to watch this again. My mind is spinning.

This is not the 'telling it before the fact' sort of thing.

Anyway, would love for others to see it and report,so we can discuss.

I agree, but he mentions the "film's purpose,' but does not ever say what exactly he thinks that is.

They said that it was the biggest US Senate investigation ever, and the report was 7000 pages.

Some of the people named are STILL working in our government, in public, as well as behind the scenes.

As I said, I am going to have to watch this again. I was fully prepared to shut it off if it was propaganda, on either side, but this crosses the aisles, so to speak.

Will check it out. I always assume anything political on one of the large streaming services is gonna be heavy left bias so Chances are I skipped over it too.

The CIA spying on the Senate should be cause for concern for Americans, IMO.

The torture scenes were few, but highly disturbing. Who woulda thought Metallica and Marilyn Manson would be popular for torturing others.

I know it is just more of the same, but this is a new release and I think it is interesting.

IMO, this is about more than the obvious popular narrative of red v. blue.

Seems many will not bother watching it because of that.

Nevermind one of our presidents was clueless about what was going on under his administration, or that the CIA spied on the Congress.

If anything, maybe some people will start getting THAT and it will be wakey wakey time.

To be quite frank, I was thinking it would be more of the same popular CULTure bs, but I saw that there is more to it than that.

Yeah, this is just about "advanced interrogation techniques."

It's nothing revealing.. It's about a staffer of democrat senators researching that topic to show how evil republicans are, despite the fact that the W Bush administration had no actual republicans.

But I'm still watching, so we'll see if I'm proven wrong.

Robert MUELLER, current head of the CIA at that time signed off on the program and protected it.

And, yes, it does appear to be Left-leaning.

(I know Feinstein is no angel. LOL)

But, there is a bigger picture, and I think it is a good thing that the average joe is seeing that things are way deeper than red v. blue. This ain't Halo. LOL Or is it?

Yup! There are some interesting things in that film.

I think it's a BS propaganda peice designed to steer blame away from democratic government people, and shift to others, like the CIA.

Basically trying to make a lot of the government members look like innocent victims.
