Vindman is toast. He will be exposed as a disloyal officer to the Commander In Chief. Look for him to "retire" within the next few weeks, if Trump doesn't fire him first.

His duty is to the President and one of those duties is not to make public denouncements of the President. Officers in the US Military serve at the pleasure of the President. They are to follow orders, unless they are illegal. They are not to hypothesize, or think their judgement is better than the CiC's.

He is not the so-called whistle blower, he has no rights to fight his firing by the President. (Remember Obama firing a few Generals along the way?)
