32 years ago I went cold turkey and was successful until 2004. I have done it again.....5 days and not one cigarette.

The first 3 days were the hardest. I am having some mild cravings after 5 days, but not too bad....not as bad as last time. I have had one pro cigarette dream.

just try going a whole day without eating ANY fat, see how you feel.

meat is high in protein but it's also full of sticky fat/saturated fat. saturated fat is harder to absorb so it stays in your blood, vegetable fats absorb right into the cells through the cell walls.

just get some low viscosity vegetable fat and run it on your skin. look how it absorbs right into your skin. it's absorbing right into the cells. then run some beef fat on your skin. that's what it does in your arteries, too.

Saturated fats are very healthy, and do not clog-up arteries like that.

Processed carbs will fuck you up, though. Those, and vegetable fats, cause inflammation of the arterial walls, which the body fights by depositing cholesterol in an effort to repair the damage.
