No. Try to real ALL the sordid family law facts here before you judge her. She was trapped. The judge said she couldn’t take the 3 kids (who were obviously very close to her if you bother looking at the pictures) back to her hometown where she had family support AND, even though she had no job, ordered her to pay the asshole husband RENT to stay in the family home. She knew she couldn’t afford that (I’m sure she also got shit for “child support”) and knew it would traumatize the kids to be parted from her. Or to become homeless and on the streets with them. I place full blame, and in this order, on:
1. The idiot judge who should’ve never ordered her to pay rent, should have given her at least a year to find a job and get back on her feet in a graduated financial way;
2. The asshole lawyers who can actually sleep at night despite concocting a “solution” for this “family law” case. There should be limits on family law attorney fees, there is no incentive to do the right thing.
3. The jerkoff father who is probably cheating (most women with young kids do NOT want to break the family nest up. Even if they “file”, the root cause is 99.9% of the time, IS the loser husband)
