Right now I urgently need help ... my daughter Isa was diagnosed with type II bipolar syndrome and after three long years, she was finally stable. She fell in love, it was reciprocated and it all seemed like a sweet and beautiful dream.

Suddenly and without warning, her boyfriend broke the relationship two weeks ago ... amid a reaction of family and personal stress. Isa is not able to get out of sadness and confusion ... neither does her boyfriend and now I am in the middle of a major depression that affects every aspect of my life, unable to help me or help them.

Do you think typing one's way out of perdition is even possible?

Sorry - did I miss this? Anyway: I am so sorry for all the issues you are dealing with right now and I am sad for your daughter. It will seem terrible for her at the moment, yet time will show that this will give her a new and even better opportunity, if she sees how she herself contributed to the situation. Failing to see this means that the lesson has to repeat itself. That is very hard, but it ensures progress. Just for the record, I suffered some major breakups, and when I met the next person, it was always more interesting, more intense, and more fulfilling ... but it took some hard looking at myself and my behaviour in-between.

The number 16 is SELF-ASSERTION, important for your daughter as well as for yourself. Please do not underestimate the importance of words. If you say I AM IN A DEPRESSION, that is where you are. It is important that you leave room for upward progress, as in I AM IN A DEPRESSION AT THE MOMENT. This is telling the universe that it is not going to last. I cannot repeat enough that our words create our reality, and that it is important to pay attention to what we are thinking and saying. The opposite would be I HAVE LIMITLESS POTENTIAL or I AM LIVING A FULL AND EXUBERANT LIFE. Choose a positive statement like this and keep a daily diary. When you feel depressed or desperate, write down the statement and then keep writing whatever comes into your head. I wrote an example of this in an earlier post, but I will do it again here:

I AM EXPERIENCING LOTS OF HAPPY MOMENTS. I do wish I had someone to hug.

This might sound rather basic. After 3 weeks or so though, if you reread all your answers in one go, you might notice a difference in your answers. This is because your focus has shifted, and because your statement is more and more uppermost in your conscious mind. It is worth experimenting with.

Well CU4DK: the question is: are we in perdition in the first place, LOL! And it will not be the typing/talking/taking action/making choices/ or method which is important, but the motivation behind it. Like technology. Can be applied for mass destruction or for greening the desert. We get to choose. I guess the answer to your question is YES, if our typing has a positive/beneficial purpose for others and ourselves.

Hello again dear Seeking: another idea, if you are caught between 2 options, is to close your eyes and imagine you are standing on a road which forks to the left and right. The road to the right symbolizes your first option, and the road to the left is your second option. In your mind's eye, walk down the road to the right, and see what happens - what visuals you receive and how you feel. Then return to the fork and take the road to the left, and see how you feel/what you experience on that road. Then compare and see which feels the best.

As for 33, I will post the question for that, which is BEING AWARE OF YOUR OWN DIVINITY below. Never let GLP influence your choices, LOL!

What method do you use to invoke sympathy?

Hello dear AC. You have my full sympathies. It is not always easy, especially now, to speak one's truth. It is sometimes fraught with fear because we think that we are going to loose or alienate people. And this may well happen temporarily. I say temporarily because these friends or loved ones are probably old friends in the sense that we have encountered them before in previous lives. Thus our "meeting up" with them in this life is actually a reunion. Thus we are destined to meet them in our next time around. So any "parting of ways" are likely temporary.

As more and more "global truth" is revealed on this planet, this may also "awake" old friends who have sloped off, and who will then reach out to you again, if this is the situation you are speaking of. On the other hand, if we do not speak our truth, we feel terrible and not true to ourselves. The question is therefore: how can our truth be packaged so that is has a chance of being received. For this we need to study the receivers and their receiving capacities.

Regarding fear of death, maybe this is similar to being afraid of life, because if one has fear about death, then one is not free to fully enjoy the present. Note that the promotion of the fear of death in religions and elsewhere is a GREAT TOOL OF MANIPULATION to keep us small and depressed. We are unfortunately not taught that we are eternal beings, if we act morally and if we concretely choose this path. Books which may be helpful covering this are AUTOBIOGRAPHY OF A YOGI and THE TIBETAN BOOK OF LIFE AND DEATH.
