Authenticity is paramount, as you say. If others are "pisssd off" about someone's/our positive attitude, that is not something which we can or should try to anticipate in advance. The mind-set of others will determine their reaction to us, just as our mind-sets will tend to determine how we react to others. The important thing is: recognizing when are our reactions "on automatic". This is what we should try to critically appraise. Traumatic experience will leave scars, yes, and then we are easily "triggered". It is our task to understand exactly how we are triggered, and to stand back when it happens and say "Ah! Here we go again: I recognize that behavioral pattern of mine again". And the more objectively we can see it, the less we are emotionally affected, until in the end, we are just not triggered any more. We are over it. HAPPY CHRISTMAS! Often I ignore sudden impulses, and often find the impulse should have been followed. What I do for extra income is very logical and mathematical, yet the sudden impulses are often the answer. Go figure. LOL Plenty of mental bruises, and have to deliberately disallow those to get in the way. Negative people seem to be drawn to me, so have to be cautious about getting sucked into their dramas. I am at an age that the government forces it's involvement in my life, and is causing problems that should not exist. Unnecessary obstacles. Very frustrating. Even more interesting would be to repeat this experiment, answering the same questions, say 2 week's time, or at regular intervals, and see if there is any change in the answers. If there are changes, this signifies growth. The likelihood is that the questions receive more focus during your daily routine - for example the question "How often do you make excuses?" If you answer this regularly, you will - in the end - not make excuses any more. You will have pinpointed when you do it, why you do it, and you will be much more "in the flow" .... just an example. This is what is behind the statement WE ARE ALL ONE. We are at a very serious juncture and it is times to look everything head on, investigate thoroughly and act responsibly. Time to "iron out" everything and anything which is not running smoothly in your lives. What occurs to me is that the breasts are connecting with giving. One case I know of was that the right (decisive side) breast was over-enlarged, and that this was an indication of giving a lot, but also determining in a rather overbearing manner in the WAY she intended to give ... No idea if this has anything to do with you ... for you to determine ... but this is the image which comes to mind. Perhaps this will simply serve as an example to show that any physical issue is also related to a psychological issue. The quality you have chosen is DIRECTNESS, so this is an invitation to examine how direct you are in your dealings with the people in your life. The following questions may help you to reflect upon this: What do you still do - or what sort of behaviour do you still demonstrate - to please your parents? (whether they are alive or not) How many of your decisions are determined by the feelings of others? Have you allowed yourself to be abused? Which repressed feelings lie behind your smile? Are you over-polite? Could your methods of communication be more direct? How much of your time is “swallowed” by other people? What would you like to ‘cut short’? What if you invested time in yourself instead of listening, waiting or deliberating?
