Wasn't there a thread recently about flooding or something causing some of the radiation contaminated dirt/water in storage tanks at Fukushima to be washed out to sea? I remember reading something like that here, maybe a week or two ago. I don't know if it could be related or not, because the dilution factor of the ocean is tremendous.
