why all the drama and you couldn't even be bothered to find out the cause ?

could be as simple as a temporary imbalance of "salt" and water in your body.
one of my kids/adult went down and out,had a grand mal, no history of seizures in the family and we were told it was due to hyponatremia/low blood level sodium/salt,was corrected via an IV etc.

go and be seen and at least know what's what.

incident was 3 years ago and nothing to report since.

OK--------soyou will be seen and mygawd be seen and evaluated by this team and hopefully it is one of those cases where ""we don't know the cause""
and yeah that happens too.

I have had seizures happen to two of my children and its a scary thing or at least it freaked my wife and kids out.

The first one happened to my son a few months after he fell and hit his head while on some monkey bars.

And the next time it happened with my oldest daughter. My wife thinks it was a seizure but I am convinced it was her blacking out due to not enough water or blood sugar issues.

Dear friend, keep safe, try not to worry,hopefully your medical team will come up with a solution soon.

I had a few siezure s out of the blue, only when I had migraine. Twice during these migraines i became manic, I didn't feel manic but was behaving different than 'normal'. It was concerning and frightening for my family.

I did not always have a headache which was confusing. Eventually I was diagnosed with complex silent migraines or words to that effect.

On occasions i will temporarily lose my sight, have partial paralysis and can get very confused.

These migraines can last for days at a time. Your fall could have triggered something like this. My balance does not be good during these migraines, like yourself I fell down the stairs s few times.

I never really got a conclusive diagnosis, but I am doing fine, really well. In the end I took some simple vitamins etc., Magnesium,vit d, omega 3. Things settled down.

I tell you this so you understand things are not always a bad as they appear. Make sure you keep all your appointments and hopefully you will find the answers. Reassure your family you intend to do this. It's a worry for everyone.
