My mom was a huge Roger Whittaker fan. I never heard a Beatles album until I was in my 20's because my parents were pretty religious. But my mom had every Roger Whitaker album and we listened to them all the time. A really wonderful voice and a great whistler and for me the only male British voice I ever heard all while I was growing up. Just classic. Still listen to the Christmas album every year too. Some great songs. |
