Possible DOOM: The Libertadores Cup finals on 11/23 at CHILE NATIONAL STADIUM could be perfect timing to MASSIVE PROTESTS

Chile is burning with massive protests.

The Libertadores of America cup finals will be held in Chile National Stadium on 11/23.

The thing is that this stadium was used as a prisoner camp during the Pinochet dictatorship, holding tens of thousands of prisoners it was “the most notorious detention centres in the capital”. This is pretty much alive in the memory of chileans

The chilean streets are being patrolled by soldiers for the first time since the end of the dictatorship in the 90's.

The government is imposing a curfew to no effect, as these protests continue through the country.


Conmebol (responsible for the Libertadores Cup organization) maintains, as of 10/21, that the finals will be held in Chile's capital Santiago. It also says that it is following the situation closely.
