That applies to common law or the law of the land,

Not the millions of statutes which are intended for corporations, which is why they give you a second legal name and bind you to it through 'consent'.

There can be no consent without full disclosure... which is why if you look hard enough in enough places you can piece together the truth. That we have a corporate quasi-government pretending to be the real thing.
