This is bizarre. APD has surveillance footage but the perps are unknown.

whoa, whoa, whoa... IHOPs in the North East are free refills on ALL drinks, INCLDUING JUICES. Shocking, I know... especially orange juice, but it's true; at least the couple I go to on the rare occasion I go.

Maybe they are USUALLY free refills on juice and this place decided they wanted to charge for them... so this level headed citizen decided to go full ape?

Anyone else have an IHOP in their area that is free refills on juice too?

Orange juice is real juice, not colored sugar water like grape drank...they can't afford to give it away...

At one time you could buy a carafe of orange juice at IHOP. How much is a frozen can of Orange juice concentrate? How much does IHOP charge for OJ? If 6 people paid $3 each for OJ, that's $18.

I drink unsweet tea. That is water and a tea bag, no sugar. How much does that cost a restaurant? I only order it at lunch when I hope it is fresh. I do get plenty of refills and one to go. If I didn't I would get upset, complain to someone, and only tip 18%.

That said, no restaurant gives refills on OJ. How much OJ does someone drink in one sitting? One might express one's displeasure but don't tear the restaurant up. Just don't go back or never order OJ again.

What? OMG. I just had a slip and fall and broke my leg badly. The motion of the ambulance made it hurt like hades, I can't imagine someone stomping on it. The person who did that needs to go to prison.

Seven months, two plates, and 8 screws later, I am just starting to limp around with a cane. That person may not walk again.

I had the local police insist I have a sign on my office wall informing people that I charge for a diagnosis if they refuse the repair...people would often pretend they didn't know they had to pay! They would call the police on me when I wouldn't release their vehicle without paying to diagnose a problem lol

I wrote the following and hung it on the wall:

That still didn't make the cops too happy but they let it be and told people to pay or take me to court...

If it was an actual diagnostic for a complicated issue I could understand your point but if you demand an hour labor ransom money for a 5 minute cheap diagnostic then pretend it took forever to accomplish the simple task I would avoid your crap shop. The auto shop I go to will not charge for a diagnostic because they intend to satisfy a large volume of customers. Autozone gives a free diagnostic.
