All the cartel leaders/family's are filthy rich being the managers, but they too are sending the bulk of the profits to their corporate headquarters. If they get out of line they get steam rolled, invaded and killed aka "Fired" and get replaced with new management. This scam being run on the world for decades has started to change and it started when Prince Alawaeed from SA was arrested and taken out of power which would be the equivalent to someone like Bill Gates or Bezos being arrested in the US which is unheard of someone teetering on being a trilionaire being arrested for anything.
