QUIT?????????? Yeah, I remember reading about it and hearing in the news. There was much uproar in the communities because of the increase of EQ with the increase in the fracking. So, they were going to stop or lessen the fracking and see if there was a correlation. |

Mountains or rock, tend to absorb the shock and prevent the further reach. I'm not saying you won't feel it, but it will prevent much of the spread of the waves. |

Big boom and shake ! Yes. Here, there was also a growling, low thunder sound, and a lot of electricity in the air. I shocked myself right after I put my feet on the floor. Very strange. Thank you so much for reporting. We do have a small fault line near us, less than a mile, it could be that it released a little pressure as a result from the quake outside gassville. That’s the only explanation I can come up with it be so loud at my house. |

Well, this was felt an hour south of the epicenter and all the way up into middle Missouri. It spread, seemingly throughout the Ozark Mountains. |
