This bill does exactly what it's author Senator DICK Pan said he would not do in 2016 when he took away all other exemptions via SB 277. Not that you can even find a doctor in California to write a medical exemption any more...just the threat of what is now law chilled ALL possibility for these kids. These are kids who are already vaccine injured, or are in grave danger of injury should they be vaccinated. Right now, the number of these kids in Cali is aprx 4000 kids. A TINY number. These kids are not spreading infectious diseases, much of those are coming because of FAILED VACCINES like the MMR. So...the gloves are OFF.
