U.K. media report that more than 15 members of Johnson’s own Conservative Party are likely to vote for the legislation. |

Funny though, how the markets eventually always come back. Quoting: MrCoolone They just need to rip the bandaid off and be done with it.. Britain has good leadership now with Prime Minister Boris Johnson. Take one step back, then two steps forward, then move on. |

All the migrants come here to steal our work and wages, and then send it back home where they can retire and be rich with it(because the £ can buy much more of their currency back home). Also on the globalized online marketplace all other countries but especially shitholes like india, china, pakistan etc steal our jobs and work, by offering to produce the same work for say £10 rather than £1000, this is all because the living costs in mumbai or islamabad or wherever is exponentially lower than in London or the UK. So yea let the pound plummet! |

Basically from what I have seen remainers to be fair to them have put a lot more effort into fighting for their cause. I have hardly seen any leavers out there, apart from the big demo in March. I myself went on a pro brexit march in my local town early this year, got lots of support whilst out but the size of the march was not enough say around 100. I think leavers have just thought we have voted and that will do. Maybe once Labour Marxist are in it may wake the rest up, because at the moment things can't really be that bad in the UK. This is my opinion of course, hopefully I am wrong. |

Appointment of a Muslim Chancellor and a Hindoo Home Scertary shows his true intentions. What would everyone say, if the straight-nosed Trump had appointed a Muslim VP and Hindoo Secretary of State, and started talking about reducing immigration? Exactly - The city of London want to be a tax haven and they will win out - A Deal would be the icing on the cake as they still get their deal, and if the rest of the country works as normal then few questions will be asked. |

Trump has appointed only good solid White Christian men to the top jobs like VP, Secretary of State, Chief of Staff, Defense Chiefs and the two SCOTUS judges. Either Brexit is not going to happen, or even if it does you will be filled up with more Muslims/Arabs, Pakis, Hindoos and other 3rd worlders. . |

Labour has lost the vote from it's once northern heartlands....I have alot of dealings with folk up north and they hate the sight of that grubby Corbyn....London is his power base and Muslims...No way in a million years will he ever lead this country. |

Quoting: Anonymous Coward 72530568 TPTB won't let it happen. They will destroy their economy first. Wrong it will happen come what may. The order for the referendum to take place came from the very top i.e the queen. The elite want to protect their wealth so their will be a no deal brexit and maybe a trade agreement of sorts thrown in by the eu towards the end. |

Only after two world wars and the economic slump of the 1930s, did it enter into decline, eventually being surpassed by the U.S. dollar as the international reserve currency of choice. In 1976, sterling fell below the value of two American dollars for the first time, and while it has seen its ups and downs since then, this is the approximate rate that most of us have come to know. Indeed, in spite of its fall from the top and long years of turmoil, the pound today remains among the strongest currencies in the world, sitting in fifth place on our list. |

The dinar was first introduced in 1961, the same year Kuwait gained independence from Britain. During the Iraqi invasion in 1990, Kuwait’s currency was replaced by the Iraqi dinar, and large quantities of coins and banknotes were stolen by the invaders. After liberation in 1991, the Kuwaiti dinar was restored and a new series of bank notes was issued, thereby demonetizing the old series of notes, along with what had been stolen. In March 1975, the dinar was pegged to a weighted currency basket (the currencies contained in said basket remain undisclosed). This was the case until January 2003, when the dinar became pegged to the U.S. dollar. However, from June 2007 the dinar was re-pegged to a currency basket and remains so to this day. 1 Kuwaiti dinar = 2.69304419 British pounds [link to blog.continentalcurrency.ca (secure)] |
