It is illegal and unconstitutional.
DACA was implemented through executive order.
Trump’s executive order should suffice to end it.
The leftist activist judges have upheld policies that are not laws...they are policies.

We all see it for what it is. My point there was he could EO the hearing protection and make suppresor not have a license, repeal the firearms act and do away with stamp requirements and national reciporcity. "HEY EO just like DACA now you can call it back". I get it is a right!! but then the case could be made that DACA stood so now you cant repeal reciprocity and stamps...
