Tried Duncan Donuts for the first time today. Don't understand the hype. Krispy Kremes is better.

I haven't had Dunkin Donuts in many years. They were probably the thing just because they were all a lot of places had years ago. We had one at the mall when I was a kid. I've only had Krispy Kremes a few times, they never impressed me, just like I've never found Starbucks impressive.

Honestly, when I want a donut I just go to Walmart. Although I think Safeway's are better than Walmart.

Krispy Kreme doughnuts leave a nasty after taste in My mouth!

Krispy kreme is only good while they are fresh and hot....they fail after a few hours

Duncan donuts is just like mcdonalds who said they were special?

Starbucks an krispy kreme are modern attempts at gourmet style coffee donuts...Duncan always been just a neighborhood style coffee and donuts.

As in ALL places that serve food...be very aware of the employee demographics. This will heavily influence the taste and safety of products.
