We need to get RID of the term HATE CRIME. All mass shootings are not "Hate Crimes". Is it a lesser thing that the Ohio shooter did because he didn't have a "racist manifesto"? Most murders have "hate" attached in some way- it is just a general crime of hate ??? I don't believe the official story behind these shootings anyway of course.

A somilian immigrant used his hands as a weapon against Landen the 5 year old innocent boy who was tossed over the 3rd floor balcony 40 feet to the concrete floor below by somilian refugee Emmanuel Deshawn Aranda, 24, of Minneapolis.

Aranda pleaded guilty in May to attempted premeditated first-degree murder. A judge sentenced him to 19 years in prison in June.

According to a criminal complaint, the boy and his mother were outside the Rain Forest Café on April 12, 2019 when Aranda came up close to them. The mother had never seen Aranda before, and she asked if she and her son should move. Instead, Aranda picked up the boy and threw him over the railing, the complaint states. **This monster was angry because women rejected him.

While we are at it ban cars too, remember the MUSLIM man who drove on the walking path in New York killing and injuring many?

He really said it. Hate crime is only for white people. It is so unfair to place us in a separate category. It is to make us fearful and afraid to defend ourselves. Whether at work or walking in the street. They are free to do and say things we are not. How can we all get along when we are not treated equally. I know I will get red karma but I don't care anymore and I won't be voting any more either. I am afraid to even post this and that is just what they want.

Hate crime? Really? If a person kills a gay or a minority, it's a hate crime. The killer gets the ultimate punishment under hate crime laws.

But if a black kills a black, it's just simple murder. Different consequences.

Ever since I got on the internet almost 20 years ago, I always thought that was the case.

I went exploring on what were considered "right wing sites" (new to me, I was just curious about everything) and I never saw the so-called "hate" there. Everything just seemed like common sense and factual information, and mostly offered in a spirit of brotherly helpfulness toward all.

Yes, but things have become much easier for them.
The social media, mobile phones, surveillance cameras, face recognition, rise of non-cash payments (easier to trace) etc.
Not only easier, but also more "stand-off"-ish so people don't feel it.

Being a woman, its great to know Im protected against hate speech now. Don't worry, I'll give 1 warning before turning it over. Sure hope no man ever tries to punch me because hate crime.
