TERM LIMITS NOW - Did you know we still have a Congressman from the Nixon administration?

They all have TERM LIMITS ...

Their Term Limit is that they are in office until the next election ... and then they are AUTOMATICALLY OUT OF OFFICE ... unless the Voters VOLUNTARILY decide that they like them enough that they should stick around for ONE more term.

Do you really think someone much different from Pelosi will be representing her district once she stops being one of their Congress People?

If anything is different once Pelosi no longer represents that District it is that the new person will be MUCH MORE LIBERAL!!

I agree to a point. I think people achieve "Election or Candidate burn out". The rep is in there so long that they no longer care to investigate what is going on or what they represent. So they just let the incumbent run their course until the rep gets tired or dies or finds something with more power.

If we the people can limit their time in office we may re-kindle some interest in what is happening.

In any case, by showing this list perhaps many will work to unseat them.

There are still 70 US House of Representatives in office who were there before 9/11.

17 Republicans
53 Democrats

1 from the Nixon administration
No one left from the Carter administration
11 from the Reagan era
6 from GWHB or #41 era
46 from the Clinton administration
8 from #43

These people need to move on with their life cuz they haven't helped much for being in there so long. They've only kept the status-quo! And become very wealthy in the mean time.

they need to be audited AND immediate family as well every 2 years while in office and twice after office!

No, they haven't. They have served themselves as Yes Men and Women with great jobs, protection, benefits, salaries, kickbacks, ego massaging, etc.
