What I found interesting is when she said “if you see something, say something”. She is also suggesting stepping in if we see someone being treated unfairly in public, which goes against the grain of what Maxine Waters said to do.

She had 20 items and was using the express lane for 10 items or less. He confronted the manager on duty first and the manager told him it's not their policy to tell customers how many items they can have if they ignore the sign but he can point it out to her.

He approached her and the first thing he said was "Ma'am, not to be rude, pointed at the sign, 10 items or less" She gets indignant, starts berating him, approaches him, he takes several steps back (again, he notes all of this is on the surveillance film which Publix allowed him to view). That's all I said after that and I walked out of Publix" He says "her words stating she should go back where she came from are untrue. I am Cuban, I'm not white" Then goes on to say he is a Democrat, votes straight Democrat party and is anti-Trump
