Some so-called "churches" are advertising/offering services to hide illegal aliens and actively/knowingly impeding ICE. These are obviously actively hiding illegal aliens.

For real churches, anyone walking in could be an illegal alien, the church doesn't check for passports or know if anyone is legal or illegal, and has no Biblical mandate to check. Just like when you pay a waitress tip in a restaurant, do you ask each waitress to produce a passport before paying them tip? You are not obligated to check unless you are a cop or something who has sworn to enforce the law.

If ICE decides to raid a church, the church shall not impede ICE in any way, and must not actively/knowingly hide someone from ICE's presence.

They are breaking the law, hiding law-breakers.

I am so sorry to hear about your mother. I feel for you. My mother also has fibromyalgia, which makes things worse. It is so hard seeing our mamas suffer.
