How come female USA SOCCER team dominates but male USA SOCCER team can't qualify?

Easy...our true athletes all gravitate toward real American sports. Football, Hockey (North American), Baseball, Basketball. Sports they’ve been training for all their lives and sports that can make them wealthy. Fuck soccer.

I am a female soccer fan of many decades and this is my analysis of the situation. Its more difficult for the men to win because the teams they play are on a higher level and there are more high level male teams worldwide to compete against than on the female side. A lot of countries that traditionally produce high level male teams do not even compete on the female side. As other countries take women's soccer more seriously the competition will be much tougher for our women as well. Secondly, if more of the greatest male American athletes would choose to compete in soccer rather than other sports, the team would undoubtedly improve. Thirdly, our male team qualifies almost every time and the failure to qualify in the last world cup was a one off and left to the last qualification round before it was decided. Lets support our men and stop doubting them. They have a much higher hill to climb to be victorious. This is the truth as I see it.
