A triage area was set up at The Fountains shopping center
in Plantation after the blast Saturday morning

Fire crews confirmed multiple people were injured, two
seriously, near the LA Fitness west of Fort Lauderdale

The blast at a vacant pizza restaurant sent large pieces of
debris about 100 yards across the street

'I looked outside and it was almost like the world was
ending. It was crazy', one eyewitness said

The explosion demolished the building, leaving behind only
part of its metal frame and blew out windows
