Special Announcement to Americans." ~ Did anyone else see this on their TV last night??? Last night after the 7.1 earthquake hit California I put on Fox news as they were covering it. About a half hour after the quake hit an alert showed up on my TV (literally 29 minutes after). Alert had an American flag background and said "ATTENTION! Special Announcement to Americans." Then nothing. It went away and the news continued. I've checked Twitter, YT and Google and no one else seems to have seen this? I took a pic of my TV at the time. [link to imgur.com (secure)]  I've seen the normal emergency alert tests on TV. I've never seen anything like this!  I took the photo of my TV at 11:48pm last night (July 5th), Eastern Time. Weird thing is, all of that debt relief info was not played after that beginning Attention part. It showed up for maybe 10 seconds and then the news coverage came back on.
