I live in Kansas and had a huge tornado tear through less than a half mile from my house (the tornado was a mile wide too). It was loud and pretty crazy for awhile but we all made it through and no injuries even to the people who lost their homes. My cats didn't like it one bit :). Anyway, just letting you know we are all thinking of you. Hopefully the power comes back soon and the storm looks worse than it is. |

The skies here in Kansas where I live (Southeast Kansas) were alittle on the red side, so I knew something was brewing. We only had a some rain though. |

Lots of lightening isn't common in that part of the country. It's as though more energy has somehow been pouring down on the planet's atmosphere. Hasn't that been predicted with changes in the magnetic poles of the Earth and, in turn, more solar rays entering it? . |
