Keto..... when people are on a Keto diet, the brain, is in a similar state to a manic episode.

The brain produces a chemical thats similar to GHB, BHG, its the same chemical.

Mania, leads to an eventual collapse and distorted perceptions eventually... Which is typical of Bi-Polar.

Other risk factors are a fatty liver and kidney problems.

Maybe because the body thinks you are starving since you aren’t eating carbs and the brain goes into survival mode with hyped energy hoping you will survive to find those carbs. We need fruits and vegetables and some lean meats and starches. Not a lot of fat.

Every other DIET is about starvation to cells.

Healthy Keto, not counting calories, and there is alot of calories in fat, for ex, even in the 3 meal intermittent fasting and the lesser fasting window, people lose weight, while they are satisfying their hunger and in fact you have to add the extra fat to make it without snacks.

I only use the word Diet in term of its a way of eating. Because in Keto, you don't count calories.

And its not a temporary dieting method.

It's a lifestyle change to ADDRESS INSULIN.


You're not starving your cells, because your cells and brain and neurology, run very well on fat.

Fat doesn't spike insulin.

You don't gain weight, in fact you lose it.

And you gain your health back by lowering your blood sugars and the insulin spikes.




Insulin resistance develops when you are constantly spiking insulin past the level the cells allow, by snacking on carbs, grains are sugar. Your cells literally begin to starve but the out of control sugar in your body and blood create out of control health decline.

And that is the diet they have put the human race on.

Keto is about the actual science of your physiology and eating in a way that your body is designed for.

When the cells close the gates to the insulin, due to being overburdened, insulin continues to be created and the blood sugars are out of control. In the presence of insulin, you can't burn your own fat, or lose weight, and you don't store and use potassium and essential elements in food so your blood pressure goes high and your energy very low.

Opposite of what you said about cell health.

Keto is not a short term diet, it's about changing your style of eating to reflect the actual way your body is designed to work and to manage Insulin.

Insulin Resistance is the #1, out of control, problem most people are having in today's world and the #1 reason for extra weight people are putting on. And they're told to eat low fat, so you're supposed to only feed your cells glucose, sugar, and high carbs, grains, breads, fruits, which are sugar, in other words, they're told to do the exact opposite of what their bodies need . And when they do this, many small meals of carbs and grains, cause they're also told to eat smaller portions more often, they aren't even feeding their cells glucose, their cells hold a mutiny and lock the gate to insulin, that transports the blood sugar and it becomes an out of control health spiral into obesity, high blood pressure and death.




I go to his video's because he explains it very well and scientifically.

And his version of Keto, is healthy Keto. All the strange fad versions limit vegetables and count the carbs in broccoli. When you need lots of veggies for your liver health alone, and for potassium. And in the absence of too much sugars and insulin spikes, your body uses those elements and keeps your blood pressure down.

I'm not fond of anyway else's versions of Keto due to their lack of understanding of human health and potassium and liver health.

So will be sticking with his videos.

we are apex predators, and meat eaters, pretty simple really. how old are you that you have never figured out basic human digestion? the human body can digest meat(we have bile in our gut that digests meat and turns it into liquid as we absorb the nutrients) the human body cannot digest carbs or plant matter, you just shit it out and it wrecks your insides.

And then their body can’t handle carbs hence their teeth rot with adding some sugar into their diet. And alcohol that is not a problem to Europeans makes these people into alcoholics. They have adapted to that diet but it is not a good one. The body should be able to handle carbs without going off the deep end.

I believe very strongly that everyone is made slightly different. So this is the average system only. Some may need higher protein. Some may handle a bit of carbs, but not if they are putting on weight or have bad health, arthritis and pre diabetes, etc. Even that has a host of different symptoms.
Most people as they age can't handle carbs however.

Some do well on a balanced diet and can handle more cheats in life than others, and even live to be 100.

Most people should be able to handle moderate protein carbs and fat. If the body is unbalanced then a more extreme diet is needed. I do best eating everything in moderation. Not high or low. And walking everyday. Keto makes me sick. So will extremely high carbs. I’m not an extremist. My friend has screwed up her body on keto and is now gaining weight on it. I find eating what I want and doing some intermittent fasting helps me. I need a break from food.

Inuit and native diets included alot of fat. Inuit, unlike Native diets, had far less vegetables but North and South American had copious amounts of berries, greens, roots, and some carbs, some roots, some corn, but organic corn, vegetables and low carb seeds and grains, not our wheat.

Inuits lived in a harsh environment and those that couldn't survive on that diet or the environment obviously didn't live long.

First Nation People are very sensitive to Diabetes, ie Carbs.

Ooligans, a little bacon fish, is one of my favorite fishes.

Hunting and gathering in the summers, more fruits and carbs for burst of energy, and more fasting and food preservation for winter, with high fats and preserves often berries. Quite close to a Keto diet.

You could try walking everyday and google a calorie calculator to find out how many calories you need to lose weight safely. There is a science teacher on you tube whose students put together a menu from McDonald’s and the teachers weight dropped and blood work was great. He also started waking the track. Not saying you need to eat a diet or fast food but calories and exercise do matter. Also be able to live with how you want to eat.

That’s pretty much it. Just start moderate walking if the person has been mainly sedentary to not burn out the adrenals and thyroid. And most people are sedentary.

So in my family, we have those who definitely would benefit from either low carb, or in the extreme Keto type, but my father and 4/5 of my sons, are the lean energetic types that either could do a modified low carb or a very healthy regular diet. Not processed junk food however.

And these 2 videos go into the spectrum, the difference between many types of people, their glucose/insulin and insulin resistance levels.

And also discussing whether type 2 diabetes is a disease or a natural adaption from an intelligent physiology being inundated by glucose/energy, and if it can be corrected.
