I doubt any of the pizza you can get from the major chains will pack much of a "nutritional" value

That being said, 99% of grain cereal is shit in my opinion. So to answer your question, yes, yes it is...but only if you pay attention to the ingredients of the pizza.

Pizza probably isn't any worse than breakfast cereal. A pizza with a cauliflower crust might be a healthier alternative.

I would think your best bet would be eggs. Saute some veggies that you like, add healthy spices like turmeric, and scramble it up with a few eggs.

Orange juice is supposed to be the worst thing you can have at breakfast. It's loaded with sugar.

Eating an Orange every morning does me good. I would not eat pizza for breakfast if I was going to do a sit-down job afterward.

Orange juice is a shot of sugar though. As someone already said here, a little bit of orange juice is probably okay, but not guzzling down a whole cup of it.
