So to answer your question, yes, yes it is...but only if you pay attention to the ingredients of the pizza. |

A pizza with a cauliflower crust might be a healthier alternative. I would think your best bet would be eggs. Saute some veggies that you like, add healthy spices like turmeric, and scramble it up with a few eggs. Orange juice is supposed to be the worst thing you can have at breakfast. It's loaded with sugar. |

The fiber helps keep your insulin from spiking too high. Orange juice is a shot of sugar though. As someone already said here, a little bit of orange juice is probably okay, but not guzzling down a whole cup of it. |
