I mean, what can he really do other than "moniter" it? The first amendment doesn't protect anyone's right to make social media posts and it certainly doesn't guarantee anyone a platform for their speech, it simply protects you from being persecuted by the government for what you say.
It's the same way that you can get banned on here for any reason the moderaters see fit. It's their site to operate how they please.
Without some kind of huge overhaul of how the first amendment works by the Supreme Court, there's nothing he can do.
