The way this is worded isn't quite right, because Putin hardly did a thing to interfere. I probably did as much personally just shitposting memes.

Russian influence was negligible at most.

ANY president, through legal means only, has more ability to influence an election than some Joe Schmoe, think about influencing PACs or political party ad spending for instance.

With all of that clarified, Obama illegally interfered with the election AND the actual Trump presidency, and that's way more than you can say about Putin or just about anyone else. He needs to be behind bars.

Russia interfered is code for Trump refuses to bomb the shit out of Syria
