Transport for London says roads have been closed near the headquarters in Bank, central London. Footage online shows rush-hour commuters diverted away from main roads, which have condoned off. Police cars can be seen in the clip, shared on Twitter. "Our officers are currently dealing with reports of two suspicious packages sent to the Bank of England. There is currently a 100m cordon around the building. This is affecting Lothbury, Bartholomew Lane and Princes’ Street. Threadneedle Street remains open," City of London Police tweeted.
