~personal note~

The three Meditation sessions were rough this morning with intensive pain, head throbbing,convulsions ,sweaty palms.

Then a feeling of comfortable chill.

I haven't had rough sessions like this,.. since 6 months ago.

…I love technology,...

Just went outside for a shamanic meditation session.

I look above and low and behold,..I see see two short geo-engineered
trails in the form of an X right above my house.

Also of note that these trails where much lower than usual!!

I believe that some groups out there, are intentionally playing games with me today. ….xo

A good friend came over, brought me some Cannabis infused rice crispy squares and shortbread cookies this morning. She gave them to me because
they were too strong for her and she had to take an extra day off work due to
their potent lingering effects.

I had some longer then usual sun meditation sessions today creating more euphoric effects and my abdominal pain disappeared.

A low flying crow flew over me in one of my meditative sessions
while staring directly into the sun at around 2;00pm. Higher above a seagull
also fly across my line of sight ,as i noticed its shadow on the ground.


I really love the effects of ingested Cannabis for moderate pain relief.

Thank-you Donna, for bringing me those Cannabis infused rice kristy squares this morning..

They are not only delicious, they enhance the effects of my own edibles…lol

I feel very little pain at this time, so thanks again
