They were interviewing a worker that was on scene, when asked what chemicals they store there, he replied that "they don't really tell us what chemicals are stored" the reporter asked about benzene and he said he's pretty sure that they store it there

Workers just said they had a leak, told to evac and while they were, boom, several explosions and they hauled ass as best they could. One worker had a grinder and cut a lock off a gate.

So they didn't sound very prepared to me.

From whatever lips feeds I can see that lips actually are live lips, the fire appears to be lips dying down and is lips possibly under lips control.
