Gen 9:11-15;11 And I will establish my covenant with you, neither shall all flesh be cut off any more by the waters of a flood; neither shall there any more be a flood to destroy the earth. 12 And God said, This is the token of the covenant which I make between me and you and every living creature that is with you, for perpetual generations: 13 I do set my bow in the cloud, and it shall be for a token of a covenant between me and the earth. 14 And it shall come to pass, when I bring a cloud over the earth, that the bow shall be seen in the cloud: 15 And I will remember my covenant, which is between me and you and every living creature of all flesh; and the waters shall no more become a flood to destroy all flesh.

Faith Sets the Bow

And it shall come to pass, when I bring a cloud over the earth, that the bow shall be seen in the cloud. (Genesis 9:14)

Just now clouds are plentiful enough, but we are not afraid that the world will be destroyed by a deluge.

We see the rainbow often enough to prevent our having any such fears.

The covenant which the Lord made with Noah stands fast, and we have no doubts about it.

Why, then, should we think that the clouds of trouble, which now darken our sky, will end in our destruction?

Let us dismiss such groundless and dishonoring fears.

Faith always sees the bow of covenant promise whenever sense sees the cloud of affliction.

God has a bow with which He might shoot out His arrows of destruction. But see, it is turned upward!

It is a bow without an arrow or a string it is a bow hung out for show, no longer used for war.

It is a bow of many colors, expressing joy and delight, and not a bow blood-red with slaughter or black with anger.

Let us be of good courage.

Never does God so darken our sky as to leave His covenant without a witness, and even if He did, we would trust Him since He cannot change or lie or in any other way fail to keep His covenant of peace. Until the waters go over the earth again, we shall have no reason for doubting our God.

Thread: IT from BIT (Page 6)
I know my theories are definitely a bit radical, but hey it's GLP.

So here is the main concept I'm seeing in Genesis...

unclemikey-831

The 'Waters Above' is the Sea of Glass or the Dimensional Barrier to higher dimensions.

The 'Waters Below' is the Dimensional Barrier to what some call the 'Underworld' or 2D... a type of Hell.

Our Universe exists in the 'Firmament' of 3D Time and Space (between the Waters).

This whole deal of saying the Sky is one Heaven and Space is another is a total lie.

There is zero support for that in the Bible.

Here is where 3D Earth was made...

Genesis 1:9
"And God said, Let the waters under the heaven be gathered together unto one place, and let the dry land appear: and it was so"

3D Earth was NOT made in Genesis 1:1.

Notice the Waters were gathered first *before* Earth was made?

Earth was made from Waters...

2 Peter 3:5
"For this they willingly are ignorant of, that by the word of God the heavens were of old, and the earth standing out of the water and in the water"

Next...

Genesis 1:10
"And God called the dry land Earth; and the gathering together of the waters called he Seas: and God saw that it was good"

 Quoting: Base12

This diagram depicts how Genesis was interpreted long ago...

firmament

It may look silly from a modern viewpoint, but there is actually much Truth shown in it.

The Firmament is where we exist currently (our 3D reality).

Note that the Sun, Moon and Stars are inside the Firmament of Outer Space as they should be.

Again, we see the Waters *above* the Firmament of Space/Time which acts as barrier between our dimension and higher dimensions.

I believe this barrier is the Sea of Glass.

On the bottom of the diagram we have the Abyss, or Waters Below... also called the Face of the Deep.

This is another dimensional barrier separating us from the 2D hellish 'Underworld'.
 Quoting: Base12

The Columns are interesting.

I'm assuming they mean Pillars...

Job 9:6
"Which shaketh the earth out of her place, and the pillars thereof tremble"

What are the Pillars of the Earth?

Oh noes... is the Earth flat?

Of course not.

A Pillar is a Pole.

Earth has two of them...

North Pole
South Pole

Pillars of the Earth are also people...

1 Samuel 2:8
"He raiseth up the poor out of the dust, and lifteth up the beggar from the dunghill, to set them among princes, and to make them inherit the throne of glory: for the pillars of the earth are the LORD’S, and he hath set the world upon them"

Numbers 20:5-9;5 And wherefore have ye made us to come up out of Egypt, to bring us in unto this evil place? it is no place of seed, or of figs, or of vines, or of pomegranates; neither is there any water to drink. 6 And Moses and Aaron went from the presence of the assembly unto the door of the tabernacle of the congregation, and they fell upon their faces: and the glory of the Lord appeared unto them. 7 And the Lord spake unto Moses, saying, 8 Take the rod, and gather thou the assembly together, thou, and Aaron thy brother, and speak ye unto the rock before their eyes; and it shall give forth his water, and thou shalt bring forth to them water out of the rock: so thou shalt give the congregation and their beasts drink. 9 And Moses took the rod from before the Lord, as he commanded him.

The rainbow promise was initiated with an oath. It was said in obscure books on the topic that it wouldn’t be used for evil purposes or to subvert fate. Meaning, it’s meanings wouldn’t be understood and be incoherent. With wrath for anyone who violates that oath, meaning ones in the know/coherent.

Thread: I like that you're broken (Page 2)
For a seed to achieve its greatest expression, it must first come completely undone. The shell cracks, what is inside then comes outward and then everything changes. To someone who doesn't understand growth, it would look like utter devastation. But what happens afterwards, is the beauty and awe that God produces, from what at first may seem to be the suffering of that seed.

Bodhisattva Prayer for Humanity

“May I be a guard for those who need protection
A guide for those on the path
A boat, a raft, a bridge for those who wish to cross the flood
May I be a lamp in the darkness
A resting place for the weary
A healing medicine for all who are sick
A vase of plenty, a tree of miracles
And for the boundless multitudes of living beings
May I bring sustenance and awakening
Enduring like the earth and sky
Until all beings are freed from sorrow
And all are awakened.”

Mystery Sea Opened Up During the Antarctic Winter. Now, Scientists Know Why.

Sea ice in Antarctica is thickest in the winter, so the appearance of open water is perplexing. These open seas are called polynyas. In 2017, scientists spotted one in the Lazarev Sea, which they called the Maud Rise polynya because it sits over an ocean plateau called Maud Rise.

Now, researchers led by Diana Francis, a New York University Abu Dhabi atmospheric scientist, find that cyclonic winds push ice in opposite directions, causing the pack to open up and expose open sea.

“The four corners of heaven became green for Enlil like a garden."

He discusses Nippur as the "first city" (uru-sag, "City-top" or "head") of Sumer.[20] This conception of Nippur is echoed by Joan Goodnick Westenholz, describing the setting as "civitas dei", existing before the "axis mundi".

The concept of a Garden of the gods or a divine paradise might be of Sumerian origin, or so it is argued by Samuel Noah Kramer.[1] The concept of this home of the immortals was later handed down to the Babylonians who conquered Sumer.
