Also, based on Anthony William's recommendation, you should drink 16 ounces of plain celery juice on an empty stomach every morning. 16 ounces juiced takes an entire bunch of celery. I can easily drink an entire bunch of celery in the morning, but I couldn't eat an entire bunch in one sitting.

I’m in Miami Beach right now and the 2 main Publix supermarkets near me do not have any celery. I found celery at the local Whole Foods, but it’s very thin stalks and they seem to run out of stock quickly.

They have celery pills now. I eat it fresh and take the pills. One of the best juicing drinks you can do daily is Apple/pear/celery/carrot. Its delicious. Jack Llane drank that one daily....and i think he lived to be pretty old. If you don't like celery much, best way to eat it is with peanut butter.

I started drinking this plain ol' celery juice on Friday, February 1st and stopped taking my blood pressure medication at the same time (I don't advise stopping blood pressure meds, but I'm a rebel ). No, in all seriousness, I needed to know if this would help because the meds were not helping.

Do you need a great juicer? I have a $99 blender that crushes ice pretty well.

Carrot, apple, lemon and ginger juice is also very good. : )

Take celery seed extract instead of juicing. Juicing is time consuming plus you miss out in the fiber.

I would think a Vitamix would be just as good as juicing?

The only real difference (but a big one) is that a juicer will separate the juice from any pulp or chunks of anything so that you get nothing but the liquid/juice. With the blenders you'll have some pulp and maybe little pieces of celery left in the juice after you blend it, so you would need one of those straining cloths I mentioned a few posts back. And a little extra time to prepare it. But it's doable and the benefits are worth it. : )
