and I finally have got good organic celery for the last two weeks. lord, I spent 15 dollars on 5 stalks. I can tell the difference. Organic is better. I actually started having some reactions to the non organic before I quit using it. Now, I hope it stays so I can continue juicing. I won't use non-organic again so lets all keep our fingers crossed!

Do as you wish, but I just confirmed you need organic. read above post.

Enjoy your nitrates, might as well just eat a pack of hot dogs or lunch meat. Nitrates cause cancer of the bowel.

Have you noticed the trend of uncured meats lately? On the package it says no added nitrates except those contained in the celery juice. That juice is loaded with baddies.

Don't eat nitrates but you go ahead. Enjoy them
